Dear Family and Friends,
Merry Christmas!
For me, it's a time of mixed emotions.
There is joy at the celebration of the birth of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. At the same time there is sadness and disappointment that I am not able to spend this Christmas day with my daughter.
We will, however, have a celebration when she comes home. I do thank my family and those of you who acknowledged my new family with your cards and gifts. It meant the world to me and I have saved them to share with her one day.
May the peace of the season and the gift of salvation be yours today.

And behold, an angel of the Lord stood before them and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were greatly afraid. Then the angel said to them, "Fear not, for behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy which will be to all people. For there is born to this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord. Ant this will be a sign to you: You will find the Babe wrapped in swaddling cloths, lying in a manger. Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, goodwill toward men. "
